We went out to a diner the other day, and of course, you can imagine the size of the plate. That may be my downfall, so I’m glad we don’t actually go out to eat very often. Ordering to-go food makes it much easier to control myself.

I made a 2.5# meatloaf last night. This morning it was down to a nub because we have a tendency to leave a tiny portion, rather than be accused of eating the last. It’s so characteristic of us we call it ‘Smithing’.
