It must have been. Gosh though technology evolution is amazing. I remember thinking the 40 GB iPod I won at my high school graduation party would last me for a long time. Ended up breaking it. Long story but my stupid temper. Now I have 2.5X music on my 160 GB iPod Classic. I also remember being eight years old thinking my best friend’s sister’s 6 track CD player was cutting edge tech. Gonna be amazing what they have down the road.

I remember when a portable CD player was something that you treated like it was gold-plated. Now? You can buy one for $10, but why do that when you can just buy an MP3 and carry your entire music collection in a device the size of a cigarette pack.
