The fundamentalist revival was really one of the worst parts of the 80’s.

Saint Ronnie opened the doors to the fundies, and they came in droves to the GOP (God’s Own Party). That’s an entire generation accustomed to the notion that religious belief must necessarily dictate scientific research, political expediency and federal, state and local legislation.

Giant leaps backwards.
