Light runs on feels?

One Creationist “explanation” of the expanding universe and light-years is that the speed of light has changed over the millennia. IOW it’s not a constant as Einstein and countless other brainy people have determined. And radioactive decay rates are also non-constant because they need to force the data to fit their predetermined model of the universe.
