I have a position that is quite far from what seems to be the consensus in this blog lately.

I think that the Americans who love liberty, self-reliance and a government with limited powers cannot afford to play nice anymore. They ought to draw clear limits and be ready to resist fiercely those who trespass. And so that there will be no misunderstandings, I mean also the use of force.

The rights that shall not be infringed and the only legitimate powers of the federal government are written clearly, and is all much there is to say.
