Congress and inhabitants of a bat cave have a lot in common. Neither can stand the light of day, both are blind to the issues, spend most of their day time hanging around, are most active at night, inspire fear in their community, and are maligned on a regular basis as vicious bloodsuckers. The difference is that the real bats perform a useful function when they go out at night, and their bloodsucking reputation is largely undeserved.

That’s a lot of bull. Congress critters shit just as much as any bat.
