That she hasn’t been disbarred yet still confuses the total fuck out of me. She’s been chewed out by judges, been slapped with fines, but they’ve yet to just up and disbar her.

I think part of the reason is that she keeps filing in different jurisdictions, IIRC; it’s up to individual states (and the feds for federal courts, AFAIK) to censure and disbar bad lawyers.
