WHICH IS PERFECTLY LEGAL IN CALIFORNIA.

You are basically accusing her of the crime of being impolite to police, which, in your world, is amenable to being arrested and handcuffed.

Unforunately, YOUR world is not THIS world. People have rights, which you apparently do not believe in.
