Yep.

I know there are good, dedicated and conscientious officers out there. I also know that the justice system has nothing to really do with justice. It is about getting a result. When you meet an officer, you are dealing with a person who can kill you and whose word counts ten times the weight of yours. I recall a community organizer in Chicago was training residents to deal with the police like they would a dangerous, wild animal. In other words, speak slowly and carefully and make no sudden movements.

Basically, do not talk to the police unless you called them to begin with. They are not there to be your friend, and they will fuck you up if you give them any excuse. Say nothing, do nothing.
