Being gay is not a crime. So there are no other “allegations”… Only shit he did wrong when strongarming his ex.

So is the reason he was threatening his Ex because he didn’t want his Ex to come out and tell everyone he is Gay.

If so is this a case of Irony, in which one does something to stop thing (x) from happening. But because of their actions thing (x) occurs.

I guess in the end the one thing you can say about this guy is he is not a racist.
