I’m reading “Liberty and Tyranny” right now. Mark Levin tells the story of a woman in Oregon on government health care who had recurrent cancer; she needed a drug not covered by the program. Because Oregon also has an assisted suicide law, as an alternative, they offered her the drugs she needed to kill herself. She didn’t want to die.

When the manufacturer of the cancer drug found out about this, they gave her the drug she needed free of charge.

Pretty chilling stuff.
