Or perhaps a lack of empathy. How’s that for irony. But if you think about it they average white male American leftist may not be capable of empathizing with the plight of gay Arabs. So for them, their greater hatred of the Preacher is based on parochialism. So even for the so called “worldly” leftist they still see Sharia as largely foreign and disregard it.
