Perhaps someone who does not have a penis can provide more insight, but I was off the understanding that most bras provided enough padding so as to NOT make nipples visible, even in colder temps.

Am I wrong?

I think that is a padded bra formed to look like pointy nipples. Like she thinks this could be a trend or something (I just threw up in my mouth)
