I have a collection of Lost Kitty posters. It started in Salem, OR, when I had a job that sent me door-to-door. On a telephone pole someone had tacked up a very cute poster about their cat, made like a wanted poster, with lines like, “Last seen wearing a tabby coat”. The next week, in Portland, I found one that said, “Stripey Herman, Phone Home!” and thus the collection began.
