And do not get me wrong. I want all people to be free of Wahhabism and Sharia law, including observant muslims. It is a disgusting and backwards way of oppressing people with religion, and as it is practiced it ranks on the lowest rung of world wide religions.

You know I’m not for Sharia Law being enforced on anyone, right? Bag? You know that too, right? This is about their choice (as it were) to bind themselves to the rulings of their religious community. And quite frankly I wouldn’t shed a tear if that choice were taken away, but as the law stands it is available to them. If there’s a proposal in Britain to end religious arbitration I’m down with it.
