the story was initially a drill gone wrong, but now it’s evolved to what in finance we would call a fat finger error. the first iteration made more sense to me. it’s worrying if it’s true that emergency systems built for nuclear war are vulnerable to such an inadvertent mistake. https://t.co/Q09UoWeLnb
