I don’t know what you mean by that, but as for me - I’m not here to bail out the UK. They’re in as bad (or worse) financial state than the US, fundamentally, and the “City” financial empires are as much to blame for it as their national spending/taxing policies.

Frankly the UK needs Europe more than they need us. From depending upon fossil fuel imports (the North Sea is past its peak production) to depending upon other European nations’ business needing the financial/commercial services of UK banks and companies, it is in Europe that the UK will find it’s future. Yes, they can still rely a bit on the Commonwealth (of which gladly we are not a part) for favoritism, but the residents of the UK have to solve their problems themselves.
