Not that I recall, although McCain did fire at Obama. I am not saying I like Mitt’s crap. However, this business of going to Israel and flaunting your credentials for the folks at home—and it is the folks at home—is following precedent, and attempting to imitate something that benefited the victor in the last election.

He is not ‘running for President of Israel’. He is running for President of the United States, and he thinks that his base wants to hear what he is saying.

Yeah. There is nothing wrong with Romney taking a foreign tour.

In fact, it would be sort of disturbing if he didn’t take one.
