The better your sense of balance is the more likely you’ll get seasick. Those of us with hardly any vestibular balance, who depend on visual cues and feedback from our ankle muscles to stay upright are golden. No conflict with what our inner ear is telling us, which is basically nothing.
My sense of balance is decent, but still I usually don’t get motion sickness, even in turbulent air or rocking stuffy trains. My boating experience has been limited to ferry rides and canoes.
