this is how they punish you without trial. If you want a trial, you have to wait another 24 to get in front of a judge. I’ve been through the system in NYC. It’s a fucking factory for punishing people who have not been convicted and in most cases will have their charges dropped for lack of evidence. It makes me want to scream. I’m not going out, but If I did get caught I would be in for days after a gave my two cents to everyone in the court system. Such a waste of resources.
