She might be a planted caller. Radio shows do this stuff all the time. They pay semi-professional callers who are skilled at one gimmick or another. Shock jocks used to do this all the time.

Ironic…Rush ofter refers to such callers as “seminar callers”, especially when they’re saying things he doesn’t agree with.
