One place to look is your local “Thrifty” newspaper or “Bargin Mart” or whatever they call it in your area. Gun shows are another place to look. You may be able to pick up something used. The way things are right now, though, I wouldn’t count on getting much of a bargin. Pick out three or four basic weapons (I’d recommend you at least look at 1911 .45s, and some variant of Glock. Probably a revolver for a third choice) and look for something that you will find acceptable for now.

The odds are you will be able to sell it later on when you can afford something more interesting to you. Guns are likely not going to lose value in the next few months or, for that matter, the next few years.

I want a Kimber Tac Pro II…around 1200$….I could buy it now I just haven’t….I’m nursing a serious surgery wound and have been off work since Sept….but I’ll see how things shake out in a coupla months…I want that Kimber…that’s the kinda guy I am….mayby I’ll just go order it this week….I have my 12ga for typical home D…thanks for the input bro…
