Four years ago the MSM including in England complained about Bush having a party for himself during War. This time though they are flat out swooning about how proper it is for Obama to do this.
Bush gives his farwell address tonight. If he flashed a one finger salute, who could blame him?

Saw that on Drudge. Ripped Bush for spending less than Obama, and praising The One for his extravagance.
