Also, the AU is not a neutral arbiter. From the Wiki:

The idea of creating the AU was revived in the mid-1990s under the leadership of Libyan head of state Muammar al-Gaddafi: the heads of state and government of the OAU issued the Sirte Declaration (named after Sirte, in Libya) on 9 September 1999, calling for the establishment of an African Union. The Declaration was followed by summits at Lomé in 2000, when the Constitutive Act of the African Union was adopted, and at Lusaka in 2001, when the plan for the implementation of the African Union was adopted. During the same period, the initiative for the establishment of the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD), was also established.

The AU is largely a dictator’s club. Botswana is the only definite exception.

No, but they either don’t know or don’t care about the real story. Which is that Hamas, finding their missiles rendered ineffective against Israeli MBTs unless launched in salvos, thanks to Israel’s new missile defense for tanks, reacted by targeting a school bus instead. Those two spouted the standard line of the ignorant left-liberal.

Note the word ‘ignorant’. It’s possible to be left-liberal and understand that what Hamas did was vile and richly merited reprisals.

Gagarin’s last words before space launch: “The main thing is that there is sausage — to go with the moonshine.”

One of the last things Yuri Gagarin did before making his pioneering voyage into space 50 years ago was make sure he had enough sausage to last him on the trip back home to Moscow.

This tidbit was among more than 700 pages of once-secret material linked to the life and times of the world’s first spaceman that were released by Russia ahead of the April 12 anniversary.

re: #102 Dark_Falcon

Indeed. If they were to support Israel’s right to self-defense, they’d be lambasted as “war-mongers” or “neo-cons”.

Heck. According to some people if you like the Blue Angels you’re a war monger. But anyway, did they mention that Hamas has lobbed approximately 120 rockets and/or mortars during March? Nope, they flippantly said “just one” and that “as usual Israel overreacted”. 120 seems to require an “overreaction” in my estimation. They also don’t mention that they continually do this and that those attacks are unprovoked.

Barrett Brown and friends…
Wikileaks Targets Israel

So, without provocation, Israel comes under additional barrages of rocket and mortar attacks… tries to set up a defensive missile system…. and when they retaliate - they are the bad guys to these assclowns.

Go pound sand, you tards.

re: #93 Obdicut

Oh, what are we sneaky Jews up to now? I didn’t read my Zionist newsletter this week.

By the way, Barrett? I know the Star of David is on the Israeli flag. However, it is not the symbol of Israel alone. It is the symbol of Jews in general.

By having a magnifying glass over the Star of David, you are not symbolizing “We’re looking into Israel”, but “We’re looking into the Jews”.

EXACTLY.
