Captain Hook and the Finsbury Park Freakazoids had their little September 11 celebration in London today, and the fun-lovin’ boys of the British National Party (think: Nazis) showed up to express solidarity. Or something. Stand-off at London mosque.
Journalists hoping to attend the meeting were told by the mosque’s leading cleric and al-Muhajiroun leader Omar Bakri Mohammed that they would not be allowed in.
Maybe I disagree with them, but they have the right to fight back
Omar Bakri Mohammed He said that the mosque and al-Muhajiroun were not associated with al-Qaeda.
But the cleric added: “Definitely al-Qaeda has got rational justification for what they did on 11 September.
“Maybe I disagree with them, but they have the right to fight back especially after they (the United States) bombed Sudan, then they bombed Afghanistan.”
Abu Hamza al-Masri, who lost one hand fighting in Afghanistan against the Soviets and is wanted on terrorism charges in Yemen, was also expected to address the meeting.
Mr al-Masri said it had a message for US President George Bush: “We are telling that crazy man to stop. Don’t use the war beyond your borders.”
That’s right, furry freakazoids. President Dubya is crazy, all right. He’s a crazy cowboy, totally out of his frickin’ mind.
And he might do anything. Anything at all.
Pleasant dreams.
