I’m certainly afraid of these Americans since they have all the power and none of the brains or hearts to use it well:
Seriously, 57% of White Americans voted Trump (the only demographic to give him a majority) because they allegedly thought he’d make them financially secure. I need to see the math on how many of them will benefit from the #GOPTaxScam.

Great song, Bowie looked amazing in the vid, tight band. Just sucks he’s gone.
Trent grew up just down the road from my hometown. I didn’t know him or anything. He is a few years younger than me and I really didn’t spend any time in Mercer except for courthouse stuff since it’s the county seat. But dad still has a Reznor heater in his pole barn.

A lot of people weren’t happy when President Donald Trump had his daughter Ivanka sit in for him during a G20 Summit meeting, but MSNBC contributor Joan Walsh went a little further than in her criticism, faulting the first daughter, who’s also a special adviser to the president, for wearing a “girly” dress while doing so. “I don’t mean to sound sexist — it can be dangerous to comment on what women wear — but the fact that she sat in for her father in a dress that was so incredibly ornamental was such a contradiction in terms,” Walsh said. “And I think that what we see is that in patriarchal, authoritarian societies, daughters have great value — they are property. The Lykoi, also called the Werewolf cat, is a natural mutation from a domestic short-haired cat that has the appearance of a classic Hollywood werewolf, hence its name. The mutation has occurred in domestic cats over the last 20 years. Genetic testing done at UC Davis confirm that the cats do not carry the Sphynx/Devon gene.[1] The Lykoi breed was developed in Vonore, Tennessee. re: #106 Hecuba’s daughter
Sarah may have been an incompetent lying grifter but she was not a traitor. And her son actually served in the military. She did not express admiration for Putin. I’m sure she would have been W. light as President but she would not be selling out this country.
Her husband was an AIP member; she stirred up serious racism during the 2008 campaign; and her “warrior vet” son is a wife-beating, father-beating doper whose problems she blamed on Obama. Obama even said, “I see a straight line from the announcement of Sarah Palin as the vice presidential nominee to what we see today in Donald Trump.”
I admit lacking objectivity for Arnie. I’ve had affection for him since his body-building days and admire his spirit he has shown since those days through his movie career, his political career, and that video rocks. He has flaws fer sher. He’s seems the kind of guy I would argue with over drinks for hours and know we’d still end up friends.

Arnie was Governor of California. That alone says he has way more experience than Trump when it comes to running a governmental institution.

Spending a lot of time on some data analysis, and am struck about how cumbersome software can be.
Over the (many) years many tools have been made to help with data analysis. But a common problem that seems to emerge is an overabundance of options paired with overly-sparse documentation of such capabilities.
Thus on sites like stackflow there are a gazillion questions about how to do this or that with a software package. If the documentation wasn’t so spartan and at times downright opaque perhaps people would learn more quickly.
And, frankly, the more ways there are to solve a problem the harder it is to keep one’s work nice and tidy. Using this or that routine from a jumble of packages and sooner or later one gets lost in making sure one can understand what one has done when, at a later time, one tries to recreate previous work.

That isn’t sexist. It’s a commentary on professionalism. Dress is a part of that, especially for women. We don’t have the accepted uniform of suit and tie so it’s even more essential that choices be well selected for the occasion.
No-one in that family has any sort of style or knowledge as to how to dress appropriately. Ivanka always seems to be wearing cheap china imports from the dime store. For someone with the supposed wealth of the family her clothes are always inappropriate and cheap.
