I very, very much doubt any of that. “Ceding territory” might mean simply saying “Okay, Crimea was yours to start with.” Neutrality might mean “we’re joing the EU, with certain active intervention measures if we’re attacked, but we won’t join NATO.” Otherwise, I can’t see this. I’m driving a Chevy Bolt. It can do Scottsbluff with no problem. You’d have to charge for about half an hour/45 minutes there, but you could make it to Cheyenne in the same trip.
Denver would probably require starting the next day with a full charge and stopping at some point.
Used Bolts like I drive are going for between $20K and $25K.

I have a very good friend who is a former artilleryman. The typical order of affairs is ranging shots, followed by a fire order, such as ‘fire for effect’, or ‘fire for suppression’.
