Lovely shots, Jimmah. The first two park shots are the equal of the photos Charles takes. What camera did you use?

Whenever I look back at the east coast in photos like this or in person it reminds me of how lush and thick the greenery is there. It's almost like a rain forest or the tropics in the last photo. This is especially true to my eyes having lived in the rather arid climate of Denver for the past 19 years.

Fine shots. Really like the top shot of the river and the bottom two.

So deeply green. I have to drive uphill a ways for that this time of year.

Thanks DF! I think iceweasel took the first of those two pics btw :) The camera is just an inexpensive FujiFilm J-38. It's good for the price, has a tendency to overexpose in strong light, and can be a tad noisy in low light, but takes pretty good pictures generally.

The first two are great as are numbers 4 and 5. The third photo is overexposed, but still clear and good, and the last one has some glare. But all of them show great care in their composition and thus draw my admiration.

Cheers RWC! The top shot was taken from the monorail as it passed over the river on it's journey through "Asia World". It really does look like a jungle scene - the weather that day only enhanced that effect.

I like the overexposure in the third one actually - I think it adds a slightly 'mystic' glow to the swans... :)
