Thanks. I did not expect to go with the “trailer” or “outake” intro. The band there really helped with the feel of the thing.

Brilliant!

I must credit Dragon_Lady for all her help and great photography. She did most of the stills.

Can’t really hear too much of the convos over the loud music or miced up background voices. But I think remixing that or transcribing subtitles would be way too much work. Very nice editing, though! Btw, I thought you had some sort of polling planned. Did you go through with that?

hmmm, honest reporting from one of the protest sites…. what a concept..

But seriously, I don’t see these protests ending anytime soon. There is no head for the establishment to sever. I don’t hear about rampant lawlessness. I don’t hear the same, media fed, talking points regurgitated by the participants. I hear people who are tired. Tired of USA not being of the people, by the people, and for the people. This is not an unreasonable request.

Wow. This is just cool. Thanks, Daniel, and yay for citizen journalism!

Not yet, I’m planning on a follow up as the protest progresses.

Thanks for the kind words on the edit. When I go back, I’ll have a better microphone. I have a bunch of video that the audio is just covered up. Heh, I ran what you saw through some decent audio software. But separating voices from voices is tough. Then if I can just get a vuvuzuela free moment I can do way better interviews. :-)

Very nifty. Yeah, go back. Cool stuff.

The interviewees seemed Tea Party-ish to me… except with less grey hair.

Good stuff. The OWS thing is complex and probably misrepresented from many directions. It would take a lot of this to get the real picture.

(Can’t you afford a nice fur jacket and a pimp hat?)

Fantastic! Thanks, RWC.
