Not until the seventh paragraph does he manage to get around to mentioning: “It did not include the content of emails.”
Yet that won’t stop the boneheads from screaming about how “Obama is reading our email.”

I think that this paragraph is very clear when it says “call records” and “is renewed every 90 days”, and “Not until the seventh paragraph does he manage to get around to mentioning: “It did not include the content of emails.”
It is immaterial that it is not the “content” of anything that is collected but the fact that is is OBVIOSULY against the 14ht Amedment to collect these “call records” / Metadata. Now that it has become public knowledge, despite the secerecy laws trying to prevent it from becoming so, the ACLU and others will take this to Court and it will be found to be so.
So yes, poo poo this until then.
