A day in the life of Canada’s kangaroo court
In Canada, there is a quasi-judicial arm of the government that can be used by individuals to “sue” other individuals and organizations with regards to human rights.
Far beyond anything to do with race, religion or whatnot, this body seems to have been seized by a mentality that it is not only above the law, but a law in and of itself. Basic civil liberties such as rules of evidence are ignored. Those being sued must pay for their side, but the complainant has full financial and institutional support.
