This is my first and probably last time posting here but I found it very odd that a person from the Caucuses would have the Spanish word for terrorist right on a license plate. I looked online and found that apparently because of the song Harlem Shake it is slang for homie, etc. I have a 14 year old daughter so I am actually familiar with the song and you tube video. Very big among young people. However, I do not know if this it what it I’d referring to.
