Yeah, very true. Fair use is often a minefield that only sometimes is clearly laid out. It’s a great concept in theory, but doesn’t work so well when you need a lawyer to sort it out for you.

Exactly. And if someone could afford a lawyer, paying for licensing probably wouldn’t be an issue in the first place.
