There HAS to be some laws to govern the behavior between people, or else true fascism will emerge, the guy with the biggest gun rules.

Anarchy is invariably a milepost to dictatorship. Fortunately, with rare exceptions (Somalia, the Soviet Unon), both have historically had short shelf-lifes.
