Right now, three men were arrested - Zazi, his father, and the imam. The imam was released on a signficant bail (over $1 million IRC). He was providing intel to law enforcement, but also apparently tipped off Zazi that law enforcement was coming calling for him. That’s why he was apparently arrested. As it stands, there may be several other people of interest in connection to the Zazi case in NYC that law enforcement is keen on getting. They’re also busy gathering evidence, which apparently included finding bomb residue on a kitchen vent in Zazi’s residence in Colorado. He was apparently attempting to cook up explosives in his apartment.
