Sen. Chuck Schumer of NY is compalining about the cost of the upcoming KSM trials in NY. That the Feds should pay and so on.

Has anyone asked Sen Schumer or Gillibrand if they agree with the overall decision of Pres Obama to move the jihadi terrorist trials from the military commissions or courts to civilian courts.? What is their position on same?

Well, not exactly complaining…

LOWER MANHATTAN— Lower Manhattan residents are divided on the upcoming 9/11 terror trials, but there is one thing they can all agree on — the federal government should foot the bill.

“It’s common sense that the federal government pay for the security costs because these trials will place a significant burden on the NYPD and the city to keep Lower Manhattan safe and secure,” Sen. Charles Schumer said at a press conference on Monday.
