I suppose we could but I doubt if my hubby will go that far with it. Not only did he ram his legs (from behind) but he got in his face and poked his chest with his finger. I see that as assault and battery. I can only imagine what the verbal exchange was, LOL. When it was all over my hubby told the guy he was dismissed!
