I was driving on 35 north out of Dallas, and a guy blew past me in a Taurus. About 10 minutes later, I passed him, pulled over by a TX Highway Patrol car. About 15 minutes after that, he blew past me again. I kept hoping I’d see him pulled over by a different officer.
