I can see where he’d leave out the Catholics (although I didn’t really think about that), but I think he’s trying to buddy up with the Jews against the Muslims. I think his constant use of the phrase is to further alienate Muslims, not to define his brand of Christianity. There is no “Judeo-Christian” sect of Christianity.

Well, there is the “Jews for Jesus” missionary program aimed at converting the unsaved Hebrews.
