If you are not involve with the housebreaking & other puppy stuff, you do not get toknow the dog. However, BHO is saying that he wants to rescue a water Hound or Labradoodle. Those dogs do not wind up in the pound. My guess is that there will be some contrived photo op & Chris Matthews will faint.
