What I call exception too, however, is the USA standing against elections. I think we need to promote fair and free elections. Eventually, they will get it right. Until then, they will keep being punished when they act foolishly.

Therein lies the crux, FREE and FAIR elections. The Iraqi elections required a lot of baby-sitting. The same should have happened with the Gaza elections. All they got was Mr. Carter overlooking the process.
