Most good music these days is underground filling venues that only seat a few thousand but not selling out arenas. It’ll never go mainstream because it doesn’t sound like everything else out there. It used to be you could identify a band by sound, these days they all sound alike. As much as I like a few grunge bands I blame them along with the cookie-cutter boy bands for starting the trend.
