About that; if Wilson was actually trying to drag a 290lb, 6-ft-4 inch 18 year old through his vehicle window and into his lap it’s a pretty good indication he had already flown into a rage and lost control of himself.
This scenario doesn’t resemble any sort of approved or even practical procedure to detain a person, it’s just nuts.
