No, I think that reference to the OF-109 is an attempt to say she broke the law. The original story was an attempt to say she broke the law. The main story line has been that she broke the law. The legitimate part is that her security was lax. I’m not super concerned about lax security on unclass emails that have been mostly dumped on the public over the last few years anyway because of Benghazi.
