The “system” now is social media as a tool for organizing and fundraising. The TP has used it very effectively. Clearly the OWS has used it to some effect thus far, or else they would have disappeared as quickly as the Coffee Party.

Whether they’ll eventually have anywhere near the success of the TP remains to be seen.

The system is the courts. What law suits have been brought and lost? What Civil Right have been denied? The system is the legislature? What laws have they tried to enact, but failed?
