It’s bad PR, plain and simple. The fact that the Dems quoted Rush saying it and ran all over with it should have been a clue. Unfortunately Obama has been very successful growing the size of government, growing the national debt, making the country less secure, and lengthening the recession. His success is America’s failure, but we can certainly articulate that in a better way that can’t be turned against us.

That’s worth saying again. For those who may disagree, remember that in this country, most of politics is PR.
