its the same argument as “what if man and woman had sex one hour before / after”, just writ stupid

and contrary to paul ryan’s opinion, how ‘it’ was conceived is relevant

like it, don’t like it; i don’t care:
- a 2 day zygote is not a one-week-from-normal-nine-month-delivery-fetus
- the mother has rights of her own, and they are not subordinate to anything along that time line

You can’t make those arguments with anti-abortion fanatics. You simply cannot. They are so trapped in their black and white thinking that is a combination of:

* a pregnancy at any stage is a human life whose existence outweighs that of the woman.
* people who commit unlawful killings should be executed for murder.
* an abortion is an unlawful killing, no matter the reason, therefore, women who get abortions should be executed.
* a woman consents to pregnancy every time she has sex, even if she is unwilling

There are no exceptions and you cannot get around that black and white thinking.
