It just… well, after the “God of the gaps” argument has been so lampooned and shown to be fallacious (over and over), here’s a guy (whose wife just got passed in the OK House a creationist bill) who keeps trotting it out.

In a way, the creationists’ arguments are the template for every right wing reactionary argument.

No talking point is ever conceded to be false - they just reappear over and over, no matter how many times they’re debunked, and no matter how ridiculous they are.
