I think part of the man’s plan is to habituate us to lowered expectations, fast and furious. Can anyone say that isn’t an accurate descriptor of what we’ve been seeing for a hundred days. After a year of that, it will be much easier to proceed in implementing who knows what for the next three (or seven).
