What frustrates me Re: New Deal is many white progressives don’t see that while denouncing people like Obama as sell outs. God knows I have my criticism of Wall Street but Roosevelt was okay with working with people who supported legalized lynching.

What frustrates ME is that many white progressives don’t see that blacks and other POCs have a VERY good reason not to trust socialistic solutions if they aren’t a part of them. “Fool me once” and all that is a VERY good rationale to approach white progressives’ solutions very cautiously.
